Thomas began his career at KPMG in 2004, working in the corporate audit department and audit-related consulting. He was appointed as a certified tax advisor in 2008 and as a certified auditor in 2011. In 2014, Thomas joined Cara Group and accompanied the group in various positions and areas of responsibility. Today, Thomas heads the reporting team of Cara Group in Frankfurt and is responsible for reporting all internal and external asset classes.

Oliver is a German trained tax lawyer with more than 10 years of experience in the financial services and fund industry. He began his career at KPMG and later at EY working in Frankfurt and New York advising fund managers and large corporates in a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, and international tax issues. Prior to joining Cara Investment, Oliver worked at KanAm Grund Group, a real estate fund management company, where he was overseeing the groups tax department being responsible for all related global tax matters of the group and the funds. He also publishes in tax journals and is a guest lecturer at EBS University.
